Nuvio Provisioning Instructions for AC-211-SR
 
Following are the steps required to provision the AC-211-SR Device for use with Nuvio.com Phone Service



*** It is required that you complete the Sunrocket Conversion instructions found at http://www.nuvio.com/sunrocket/conversion.html. and be notified that your device has been provisioned before continuing with this document.

*** This document assumes that your computer is connected into the Phone Adapter on the LAN Port and that your internal IP Address begins with 192.168.251.x.



1.) Connect an analog phone to Line 1 of the AC-211-SR and dial ##333-2858 and wait for the device to reset.


** If the "management" light remains on for more than a minute, manually reset the power to the unit.


2.) After the device has reset, navigate to http://192.168.251.1/index.htm in a web browser , enter

in the password field and select the "Authenticate" button.


*** If the above password does not work, it may be one of the following passwords:

3.) The main configuration screen will now be displayed.


4.) From the left menu select "WAN".


5.) From the top menu select "Autoconfiguration".


6.) Ensure "Enable Automatic Configuration" is checked.
Server Protocol is "HTTP"
Server Address is "srconfig.nuvio.com".
File name is "gms/AC-211/ipg_211.cfg".
After configuration is changed, select the "Save Settings" button. --The File name will now automatically change.


7.) From the left menu select "Security".


8.) From the top menu select "Encryption".


9.) Leave the fields empty and select the "Save Key" button.


10.) The settings page will refresh and "No Encryption key installed" will be displayed.


11.) From the left menu select "Reset".


12.) Select the "Reset" button.


** The device will now be updated to the latest firmware and be automatically provisioned to utilize your phone service from Nuvio.
