A small number of customers are reporting difficulty unlocking the Linksys SPA-2102. This is likely due to TeleBlend, in a effort to retain a portion of the SunRocket Customer base having likely reconfigured passwords on the Linksys SPA-2102. Q. Can I use my current Gizmo
Nuvio has engineered a solution that will allow former SunRocket customers the ability to unlock their devices and use them with Nuvio’s service. Upon signing up for Nuvio’s service, we will assist you with this process.
Q. How long does it take to setup service?
You can sign up quickly and easily at http://direct.nuvio.com/sunrocket/conversion.html
You will be assigned a temporary number while you await the porting of your SunRocket number. At the completion of signup you can log into your person portal to assign the gizmo to your account and continue on to the unlock sequence. Our goal is to have you operational the same day.
Q. Can you port my phone number?
Nuvio utilizes many of the same underlying providers as did SunRocket. We believe that our relationships with these providers will allow us to port your numbers quickly and with little problem. However, as with any number port, we cannot guarantee anything until we get confirmation from our providers.
Q. How long does a number port take?
We anticipate that we will be able to port your number within 5 business days, although it could take longer depending upon the response we get from the forfeiting company.
Q. I sent in my port request and don’t see the status on the portal.
Because we are utilizing our relationships with serving carriers to expedite the porting of your number our normal processes may not show the most up to date information in your customer portal. If you have already sent the port request in, our porting department submitted the request to our carrier within 24 hours. You can expect the number to port over in 1-5 business days from that time. You will receive an email when the port has taken place so that you can log into the portal and remove the temporary number from your account.
Q. What are your International Calling Rates
Sun Rocket customers may have had a $3/month flat rate that included all international calls. We charge per minute rates for each International calls. Our rates can be found at http://direct.nuvio.com/sunrocket/features.html
Q. How many minutes are included?
We offer unlimited domestic long distance and inbound calling with our rate plans. The use of these plans are governed by our applicable terms of service (no call centers, etc). Included calling includes the US and Canada.
Q. Will there be a cancellation fee?
We will not charge a cancellation fee to Sun Rocket customers.
Q. Do you support 911 calling?
We offer 911 service to all of our customers. You will be asked to validate your e911 address during the sign up process.
Q. Do you support distinctive ring?
We do not currently have a distinctive ring option.
Q. If I choose to cancel the service will I be refunded the amount I paid?
We offer a 14-day risk free trial of our service. At any time in the 14 days you can decide to cancel for a full refund or change from the monthly to the yearly prepaid plan (or vice versa).
Q. Can I sign up for the monthly plan and change to the prepaid yearly plan after I decide that I like the service?
Changing plan from a monthly to prepaid yearly will include a one-time $9.95 change fee and can be done anytime in the first 14 days.
Q. Do you offer virtual numbers?
All of our customers can add as many virtual numbers to their account as they like in any area of the U.S. The cost is just $4.99 per month
Q. How do I access my voicemail from my Nuvio phone?
Since your SunRocket device is a little different than the devices normally used on the Nuvio network, there could be up to distinct 4 ways to access your voicemail box from your phone. You should be able to access voicemail from your Nuvio phone by dialing one of the following options from your Nuvio phone:
